Trespasser Evictions
247 Enforcement specializes in the safe removal of trespassers from unlawfully occupied land across England and Wales.
Under Common Law, all landowners have the right to remove trespassers from their property or premises.
Our team strives to remove trespassers as swiftly as possible; however, there is no guaranteed timeframe. While the average removal takes 4-6 hours, some situations are more complex and may require additional time.

Commercial Rent Arrears (CRAR)
If you are a commercial landlord owed rent, the 247 Enforcement team of Certified Enforcement Officers has the expertise to recover commercial rent arrears.
When necessary, our officers will take possession of property and goods on the premises, which are then auctioned to recover the outstanding debt.
Forfeiture of Commercial Lease
Commercial landlords can reclaim their property under Common Law by forfeiting the lease, or they may opt to remove tenants under a writ of possession.
The 247 Enforcement team will attend the premises, where a locksmith will change the locks, and all necessary legal notices will be prominently displayed on the building.
Following forfeiture, our team provides supervised access for tenants to clear out their belongings from the property.
Removal of Abandoned Vehicles
Upon instructing the 247 Enforcement team, our agents will visit the site within 48 hours of notification about the abandoned vehicle to apply a legal notice to it.
Once the required 7-day legal period has passed, the vehicle will be removed, and the site cleared.
High Court Enforcement
Our experienced High Court Enforcement agents at 247 Enforcement are ready to assist with CCJs, Commercial Orders for Possession, and Writs of Possession.
