Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery

We are hereby authorised, pursuant to Part 3 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (TCEA 2007), to carry out Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR).

Authority to Exercise Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR) I hereby authorise 24/7 Enforcement Limited to exercise Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR) in accordance with the relevant legislation under this instruction. I confirm that: I am either the landlord or duly authorised to act on behalf of the landlord in submitting this instruction. The debts being referred are lawfully due and collectible under CRAR. This document serves as sufficient authority and indemnification for 24/7 Enforcement Limited against: Any legal actions, costs, charges, or expenses incurred in the execution of this Warrant of Control. Any claims arising from goods forcibly or clandestinely removed from the premises. Furthermore, I agree: To reimburse 24/7 Enforcement Limited for any cheques, debit, or credit card payments recalled by the bank or card merchant after funds have been transferred to us, deeming the rent still unpaid. To promptly repay those funds to 24/7 Enforcement Limited in such cases. To allow 24/7 Enforcement Limited to invoice us for any lawful enforcement fees incurred if: We have issued incorrect instructions. The tenant pays us directly after enforcement action has commenced, and we choose not to proceed further against the tenant.
