Card Surcharges
- A transaction fee of 3% applies to all personal and business debit/credit card payments.

Part Payments
- Payments that do not match the outstanding balance will be treated as partial payments unless prior written agreement has been made to accept a reduced amount.

Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds will only be issued in cases of:

- Overpayments.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of notification of the error or overpayment.

- Any chargebacks will be vigorously challenged using these Terms and Conditions as part of our defense.
- If a chargeback is successfully reclaimed without legitimate cause (e.g., fraud or system errors), your account will be reinstated, and a £50 administration fee will be charged.

Complaints Procedure
